This video takes into account that location is a large component of property value and will give the viewer a realistic sense of the home’s location.

You simply make an appointment for Jason to shoot the video of the home, and give him a list of the details that you feel will make the home attractive to buyers. Jason will shoot and produce a video package, host the video on his server and upload the video to Youtube and Google Video. Then he’ll send you links that you can post anywhere on the internet including the MLS page, Realtor.com, and your company home page OR send out in emails to prospective clients. The options for sharing these videos are unlimited.

Finally, Jason will send an email to your clients so that they can see the great efforts you are making to sell their home.
